Basketball lanes for slam-dunk practise
Full Description
Continental Sports have been manufacturing trampolines for some 40 years and basketball goals for some 50 years. In 2015 we brought these two skills together to provide trampoline slam-dunk lanes.
We provide trampoline tracks - typically 4.8m long (but we can do longer if required) with a steel and aluminium netted cage all around - to stop balls leaving the area or from moving from one lane to the adjacent.
The backboards are our own practice size (1.2m x 0.9m) in-house manufactured cast acrylic boards with our own in-house manufactured pressure release (slam-dunk) rings. We developed an extra heavy duty double strengthened ring with no net hooks specifically to suit trampoline parks.
The ring is covered with our brand new padded Neoprene cushioning to help reduce impact injuries.
We fix bolt-on genuine TuffGuard backboard padding to the underside and bottom of the sides of the board also to help reduce injuries.
The boards can be fixed so the rings are at regulation (3.05m) height or at any other height or range of heights to suit your requirements.
